History
6 year old male with nasopharyngeal mass.

Nasopharyngeal rhabdomyosarcoma
Findings
MR – Coronal T2 and axial and coronal post-gadolinium fat suppressed T1 images demonstrate uniformly hyperintense mass involving the right pterygoid plates, nasopharynx and nasal cavity.
Discussion
Rhabdomyosarcoma of the head and neck most often involves the parameningeal location or the orbit but can involve the scalp, face, buccal mucosa, sinuses, middle ear, mastoid, and pharynx. Gender distribution is evenly divided and the average age of onset is 6 years.
