Giant cerebral aneurysm.

Discussion
Giant cerebral aneurysms are > 1 cm in diameter. Less than 2% of aneurysms occur in children but most are of the “giant” variety. Aneurysms in children are associated with aortic coarctation, polycystic kidney disease, neurofibromatosis, Menke’s disease, arteriovenous malformations (pseudoaneurysms).
